Cambridge English: Starters is the first level of the Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE) exams, specially designed for children aged 6 to 8. It introduces young learners to everyday English in a fun, supportive, and engaging way.

This level focuses on building basic vocabulary, simple sentence structures, listening and speaking confidence, and reading readiness. The test uses colourful visuals, interactive tasks, and child-friendly topics to create a positive first experience with English exams.
