Cambridge English: Flyers is the highest level of the Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE) exams and is ideal for children aged 9 to 12. It serves as an excellent stepping stone to the Cambridge Main Suite exams, beginning with A2 Key (KET).

At this level, learners begin to demonstrate greater independence and confidence in using English across all four skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The Flyers test is designed to reinforce practical language use in everyday situations, preparing students for more advanced study.

At Global Language Lab, our Flyers programme helps children:

• Read and understand short texts, stories, and basic factual information
• Write connected sentences and simple paragraphs
• Listen to and understand longer dialogues and instructions
• Communicate more fluently and confidently in spoken English
